Sales and Store Manager, Gulf Breeze
We are looking for a Sales and Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our new retail location in Gulf Breeze. This role combines sales responsibilities with managerial duties, including maintaining a clean and organized store, managing inventory, and coordinating sales promotions. The manager will greet customers, assist with selecting and understanding musical instruments, process sales and rental transactions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include handling instrument repair transfers, reconciling sales receipts, and enforcing security and recordkeeping procedures.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for music, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Experience in sales or customer service are a plus, particularly in the music industry.
- Knowledge of and experience with musical instruments, particularly school band instruments, is required.
- Must have the ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
