The Deering Banjo Company was founded in 1975 by husband and wife duo Greg and Janet Deering. Their daughter Jamie is currently heading the company which is still located in Spring Valley, California, where the company was founded. Deering is one of the most trusted names in banjos and many folk, Americana, and bluegrass players turn to Deering. Blues Angel Music offers a selection of Deering’s banjos including the Goodtime series which has become incredibly popular.
