What’s Covered and When?
Renting? You’re Covered!
All of our rental instruments come with maintenance coverage included—no extra charge. That means if something breaks, sticks, or needs adjustment, we’ll handle it quickly and get your student back to playing in no time.
Buying an Instrument? Add Coverage!
Our optional maintenance plan is available at the time of purchase and helps protect your new instrument long-term. For a low annual fee, we’ll cover most routine repairs and adjustments—saving you money and downtime.

Our technicians know every make and model we sell, so your instrument gets expert care using the right tools and techniques every time.
What’s Not Included
- Damage from abuse, neglect, or improper handling
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, minor dents, finish blemishes)
- Lost, broken, or consumable accessories (reeds, mouthpieces, bows, etc.)
- Case repair or replacement
- Off-brand, vintage, or externally purchased instruments
- Replacement due to theft or destruction (for purchased instruments)

All instruments must be in good working condition at the time of sign-up. If not, a setup or repair may be required before coverage begins.
