How It Works

Use our rental form to tell us what you need, when you need it, and where your event will be held.

Our rental team will reach out to finalize availability, suggest gear based on your needs, and provide a quote. - Confirm and Pay
Once we agree on the details, you’ll receive a rental agreement and payment instructions. - Pickup or Delivery
Come by the store to pick up your equipment—or ask about delivery, setup, and teardown options. - Day-of Support Available
Having trouble connecting something? Call us during business hours and we’ll walk you through it. - Return Gear On Time
Please return all equipment at the agreed-upon time to avoid late fees and ensure availability for others.
