Blues Angel Music was one of the first independent music retailers to offer Eastman Handcrafted Guitars and Mandolins. Eastman handcrafted acoustic guitars cover a wide range of playing styles and sounds. The Traditional Series (model names beginning with E) bring back memories of the great instruments of the Golden Era of guitar building. Those were days when all work was done by gifted craftspeople, by hand using simple tools. All Eastman acoustic guitars share that heritage. Eastman acoustics provide many choices of body styles and fine woods; perfect for many contemporary applications. These are heirloom-quality instruments which may be enjoyed by future generations of musicians.
As an accomplished flutist from Beijing, Qian Ni founded Eastman Strings in 1992 after graduating from the Boston University School of Music. He never imagined that over the course of 25 years, the company would grow from a small business operated out of the back of his car into a global maker of musical instruments.
