The result of a design partnership with the award-winning actor, musician and environmentalist, the Breedlove Organic Collection Amazon Concert Sunburst CE Jeff Bridges acoustic-electric is a sustainably sourced all-solid wood luxury-level guitar at an affordable price. Granadillo is visually stunning and delivers surprising energy and extraordinary tonal balance in addition to its highly desirable color patterns extenuated by the thin UV finish. To further boost the high-energy sound, Breedlove chose an African mahogany neck and an African ebony fretboard and bridge. The FSC-certified European spruce top is torrefied, resulting in a more mature sound and tone and a top that’s less susceptible to movement with humidification changes.
The highly versatile Concert body shape is suited for strumming and heavy play, but also shines as a fingerstyle guitar. Responsive to a light touch and strumming, this versatile guitar has outstanding nuance and note-to-note clarity. The cutaway design gives access to all 20 frets. Breedlove’s Natural Sound Electronics sound great, are reliable and put controls right where players need them—in the soundhole for quick on-the-strum access.
Breedlove uses no clear-cut woods in its Organic Collection models. Instead, Breedlove uses sustainably sourced all-solid exotic and native tonewoods crafted to their exacting specifications.
The Jeff Bridges Amazon Concert features Bridges' “All in this Together” motto inlaid across its fretboard, along with his signature inlaid on the rear of the mahogany Wave headstock. It comes with a deluxe Jeff Bridges gig bag with "All in this Together" embroidered on the pocket.
To create this Breedlove Jeff Bridges Organic Collection signature model, Bridges and Breedlove owner Tom Bedell came together over their mutual concern for the planet. They understood that beautiful musical instruments could be made with an eye toward preserving the world’s great forests, their habitats and the communities living within them.
