Lead Piano Mover/Truck and Cargo Trailer Driver

Our Piano Moving Division offers piano delivery for pianos purchased at Blues Angel Music and piano moving for outside customers. The moving team is a small, busy, and dynamic team in need of a lead mover and driver.

The position: The Lead Mover/Driver role assists with the operations of our piano moving company. In addition to driving and moving, the person in this job manages documentation, compliance, and other administrative tasks for the division.

We are seeking a piano mover and truck (with cargo trailer) driver to add to our team of movers. At least 2 years of moving experience is preferred. At least 6 months of piano moving experience is required.

DUTIES INCLUDE
· Organizing equipment and tracking maintenance for vehicles and equipment
· Loading/unloading pianos
· Safe handling of pianos
· Cautious and courteous of clients homes and property
· Impressing customers with your attitude and hustle

The schedule: Typically 32-40 hours per week, usually Monday through Friday. We can offer a flexible schedule to the right candidate.

Experience and educational requirements:

Driving: Drivers must have valid license and minimal driving infractions, and be able to pass a DOT drug test. NO CDL is required! Truck and trailer experience a must.

The right person for this role: is a cautious and strategic thinker with excellent communication and customer service skills. The job requires someone who is dependable and a good teammate.
