Description
This 2005 Gibson Chet Atkins Country Gentleman Semi-Hollowbody Electric Guitar has been previously owned and is in very good cosmetic shape with normal wear! Finish blemishes and checking on the body and neck along with tarnishing and scratches on the gold hardware can be detected under close inspection, but these imperfections are cosmetic in nature only and do not affect the functionality of the instrument. Very structurally sound! Neck is straight as an arrow and frets show no wear. The only modification we could find is the Grover tuning machines in place of the original Gibson/Schaller tuners. Looks, plays and sounds fantastic! Original hardshell case is in excellent shape with a few normal nicks and scuffs.
This gorgeous semi-hollowbody features a laminated maple body, chromyte center block, and 3-piece maple neck. Also includes dual humbuckers; two volume, master tone, master volume controls and pickup selector; special Chet Atkins slim taper neck; body binding; tune-o-matic bridge; special-design Bigsby tailpiece; a 21-fret ebony fretboard with half-moon inlays; and gold hardware.
