Description
This 2007 Gibson Reverse Flying V Electric Guitar has been very gently owned and is in beautiful, near-mint condition! A barely visible scratch on the back of the body can be found under close scrutiny, but it’s so light, we had to overexpose the photo to show detail. A tiny pressure dimple on the back of the neck and the slightest bit of tarnishing on the tailpiece can be detected under close inspection, but it’s otherwise super clean! Protective plastic is still attached to pickguard! Neck is straight as an arrow and frets show to no wear. Looks, plays and sounds fantastic!
Gibson’s original Flying V of 1958 was so far ahead of its time that even the first reissues, almost 10 years later, were only moderately successful. This reverse reissue takes the classic futuristic model to the next galaxy! Outstanding features of this guitar include a single volume control, reverse V through-the-body tailpiece, reverse “V”-shaped headstock, gold hardware, and ’57 Classic humbucker pickups.
