Description
This beautiful Japanese-made 2021 Fender Aerodyne 4-String Jazz Bass has been gently owned and is in excellent condition with little wear! A small ding on its top near the lower bout can be found and a few tiny, barely visible pick scratches can be detected under close inspection. The pick scratches are so fine, we were unable to capture them in photos. Minor, normal tarnishing of the smoked chrome hardware can also be seen under close scrutiny. Overall very clean! Neck is straight as an arrow and frets show no wear. Looks, plays and sounds fantastic! Strung with flatwound strings. Included Gator gig bag is in equally great shape!
This special-edition Jazz features a bound basswood body with a unique carved top, a maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, and matching painted headstock. It’s loaded with a Precision-Jazz pickup combination and rear-routed, top-mounted controls. The lack of a pickguard and fretboard inlays (side dots only) with smoked chrome appointments give it an especially clean, no-nonsense look.
