Description
This Classic Audio Products of IL (CAPI) VP28 Microphone Preamp was owned by the late, great Bob Rupe, former bassist for Cracker. In excellent condition! One of the mounting screws is absent.
Bob played with the popular 1990s alternative rock band from roughly 1994-1999 and appeared on several recordings including The Golden Age and Gentleman’s Blues. He was also a founding member of The Silos and went on to record with House of Freaks, Gutterball, Danny and Dusty and Sparklehorse. Sadly, he passed on March 3, 2025, but he leaves behind a collection of work that will live on in the hearts and minds of his fans.
