Description
This 1967 Martin 0-18 Acoustic Guitar is in good cosmetic shape with noticeable, but normal wear one would expect with a vintage instrument. In addition to the usual scratches, dings and buckle rash, finish “sink” spots can be detected throughout the soundboard. These imperfections are cosmetic in nature only and do not affect the functionality of the instrument. Very structurally sound! A new bone nut and compensated saddle were handcrafted by our very own luthier extraordinaire, Aidan Berry! He also filled a minor center seam crack on the back of the body (very common for an acoustic guitar of this vintage), filling it and arresting any further cracking. A rock solid repair! A professional nickel refret was also performed at some point and frets show little to no wear. Original tuners have been replaced with a Grover Deluxe set. Very aesthetically pleasing with its cool, road worn vibe – tons of mojo! Plays and sounds fantastic! Gator hardshell case included.
