The Bag End IPD12E-DA is a precision-engineered, low-profile, self-powered double-12″ subwoofer designed for permanent installations requiring extreme low-frequency extension, accuracy, and reliability. Featuring dual sealed Infrasub™ chambers, a Minima 7™ internal amplifier, and built-in Infra™ processing, this system converts any full-range signal into a flat, ultra-deep low-frequency output down to an incredible 8 Hz.
The IPD12E-DA also incorporates Bag End’s Dynamic Filter™ technology, providing automatic overload protection at a preset threshold with virtually no audible artifacts — ensuring clean, powerful bass under heavy load. Its pair of balanced summing XLR inputs with a loop-through output offer excellent noise rejection, perfect for installations where grounding and wiring conditions may be less than ideal.
Built from 18mm 13-ply birch with a rugged Ro Tex™ water-borne finish, a heavy-duty steel grille, and available fly-point hardware, this unit is engineered for professional environments including theaters, studios, clubs, churches, and high-end commercial installations.
