Description
This modified 1997 Gibson Howard Roberts Fusion III with Navy Blue/White Racing Stripes refinish, Bigsby B700 vibrato and Seymour Duncan Phat Cat pickups has been gently owned and is in very good cosmetic shape with light, normal wear! Surface scratches, pressure dimples and finish checking can be detected throughout and some finish chips can be found at the lower bout. There are also some finish inconsistencies along the body and neck binding that occurred from the refinish. These imperfections are cosmetic in nature only and do not affect the functionality of the instrument. Very structurally sound! Neck is straight as an arrow and frets were recently leveled and crowned. No divots! Looks, plays and sounds great!
Other modifications include the addition of chrome Grover tuners, a chrome Nashville Tune-o-matic bridge, chrome control knobs with white caps, chrome pickup rings and custom “Super Sport” engraved truss rod cover. Pickguard has been removed and is not included.
Original hardshell case shows normal nicks and scuffs and a non-functional combination lock. That said, the two screws attaching the latch to the case have been removed for access.
