- We ship most of our items in custom-made/double-walled boxes, as many original manufacturer's shipping boxes are not strong enough to withstand multiple shipments, and have already been used at least once to ship to us. - Large Packaged Items such as Guitars, Basses, Amps, Drums, and Keyboards being shipped to Post Office Boxes will incur additional charges.
- Orders over $50.00 require a signature*
*If you do not wish to have a signature for your item you must submit to us that you do not wish to have a signature on your item. You assume any and all responsibility in the event your purchased item is lost during shipment or stolen from your home.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Refunds
Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
Special Conditions
14 Day Return Period - For return authorization contact us here at Blues Angel Music. Buyer must package the item and all its accessories carefully in its original container/packing materials, and the item must be in its original, new condition. Buyer responsible for ALL shipping costs associated with this transaction, including actual shipping cost to the buyer on items offering "FREE Shipping". Item must be returned insured for its full purchase price. No returns on international orders. Once we have received and inspected the item, the buyer will be refunded the full amount minus the shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee may also apply.
Description
This design, known as the “Guitar Keeper”, has a deep cradle design that prevents the guitar from being improperly placed into the hanger. This ultimately provides a safer hanger for your instrument, as the guitar needs to be lifted 2 inches and brought forward to be removed. The wood blocks that our guitar holders attach to are made of authentic North American hardwood that is handcrafted by local Amish. Natural wood color may vary. The Keeper design is great for guitars with single or uneven heels. The deep, pivoting yoke prevents the guitar from being improperly placed in its hanger and allows for Bass, Electric and Acoustic guitar headstocks to be cradled perfectly while still hanging straight.
