I’m convinced Yamaha has found the sweet spot of cost to quality ratio. This Yamaha AC1M acoustic electric guitar has everything a beginner needs to get started, while having the quality and utility to meet the demands of more experienced players too.
This guitar sounds amazing with a solid spruce top w/mahogany back & sides. It has a really clean vintage look; thanks to the sunburst & tort pickguard. The neck is extremely comfortable to play with a smooth back and rather electric guitar friendly action.
On top of that you have a built in tuner and an entire preamp/pickup system, making this the ultimate practice and gigging guitar.
Regardless of how long you’ve been playing, you’ll be more than happy with this budget friendly acoustic guitar!

For amplified performance, Yamaha’s SRT piezo pickup captures the guitar’s character accurately, while the onboard System 66 preamp provides volume control, a built-in tuner, 3-band EQ, and adjustable midrange shaping for quick tonal changes onstage or in the studio.
