Here’s your chance to own a true piece of Gibson/Epiphone history. This Epiphone Sorrento Archtop was built in the legendary Kalamazoo, Michigan factory, alongside Gibson instruments — the very same shop that produced the coveted 1958–1960 Gibson Les Paul models.
Guitars from this era are celebrated for their craftsmanship, feel, and unmistakable vintage character — and this one absolutely delivers. It is 100% original and in excellent condition for its age. The stunning Royal Olive Burst finish highlights the maple body’s natural grain and features authentic finish checking and vintage mojo (see photos). While there are minor nicks and dings consistent with age, the guitar is structurally sound, visually gorgeous, and plays beautifully.
The slim mahogany neck feels fantastic in hand, the vintage-spec frets still have plenty of life, and the electronics function exactly as they should. This is a classic hollowbody with timeless looks and unmistakable tone.
